Highland in the Heather
So I made it! Isla and I both preformed at the end of the year show for our Highland Dance School.
My dad took these pictures before the big show.
Yes, my mom and dad, Ed’s mom and dad, and my sister all came to watch Isla and I!
It felt really good! I had a fabulous time.
Isla did too! It amazes me how much she loves to be on stage, dancing. I love it!
But where was her mother? Why didn’t she pull up her socks?
Oh right, I was panicking about remember all of my steps. That is a face of concentration!

40 & Fabulous!
My friend T turned 40. So what else is there to do but have an 80’s party!
She was always the best at getting her hair the biggest when we were in the 80’s but this time she needed a little help.
The costumes were awesome.
I did the food!
This is M’s house.
We have known each other since elementary school and have been friends ever since.
Aren’t we a handsome couple?!?
There was one girl at the party that thought Ed was a tennis pro in this outfit. After that he was the tennis pro to everyone that night.
We had a lot of fun!

Mothers Day Tea
Kindergarten means a Mothers Day tea. What a wonderful time I had. This is Isla walking in with her paper flower wrist corsage for me. It was so touching and yes I did shed a few tears.

Adam’s piano recital
We had a great year at music this year. We came a long way with a new teacher and had a lot of fun!

Is it just me or does he seem grown up in this picture? That tie makes him look even more like his dad!
